Bring your own bottle and try our newly arrived bulk, organic (USDA-certified), expeller-pressed, delicious avocado oil! Avocado oil is great on salads, but also has a high smoke point so it’s good for sautéing, frying, and baking.
To make room for this new addition in our stainless steel dispenser, we’ll be keeping the bulk Apple Cider Vinegar in its jar. If you think you might need a little extra help with filling it up, feel free to do it over the sink. No worries at all—I’d do the same!
We carry several bulk, organic, healthy snack options, including “chunks of energy” (Carob Supergreens, Cha Cha Chia, or Date Flax Turmeric), and our new-ish puffed quinoa chocolate bites (made of chia, maca, 60% chocolate paste, and puffed quinoa). These snacks are delivered through UNFI and Tootsi. You can purchase them in your own containers, and they are all certified organic. Come try them!!
Sfoglini pastas combine Italian technique and American ingredients. They are made in New York’s Hudson Valley with organic grains grown and milled on North American farms, bronze die extruded (resulting in a rough texture that makes the sauce stick) and slow dried (to preserve flavors and nutrients). Pure Soap Flakes: Small, translucent, crystal like, silky flakes of pure Castile soap concentrate that are saponified from a signature blend of organic vegetable oils of coconut and Smude Sunflower Seed. Laundry Powder: A special formulation of ground Pure Soap Flakes, aluminum free baking soda, and washing soda. Can be used in HE, front and top loading washing machines. Only 1 tablespoon per load! 2 tablespoons for extra large or soiled load and 3 for super soiled. Add 1 Cup 3% hydrogen peroxide or 1 tablespoon oxygen bleach (sodium percarbonate)

Arrowroot powder (or flour) is derived from the root of a tropical plant called Maranta arundinacea. It can replace corn starch as a thickening agent, but it is not derived from (often genetically modified) grains, and is obtained through a more natural process. Arrowroot powder can also be mixed with other flours for gluten-free baking. And it has multiple health benefits!
