Strafford Organic Creamery raises a herd of 70 Guernsey cows who graze on grass for 12 hours a day to make a most flavorful and high butterfat milk. The glass bottles are filled at the farm, and it is a rare opportunity to find organic milk bottled in glass! The farm only produces enough milk to sell at co-ops and smaller stores.
